There also seems to be diminishing returns with CRT, and that stacking CRT in a bubble will result in lower worth per point the higher you go. I didn't bother calculating the value of SS, since it relies on establishing a rotation, and for SMN, that is a fairly arbitrary concept due to the mechanics of their skills. (mainly the abundance of DoTs)
Crit diminishing point per point the more you stack it is something I've wondered if people have ever taken into account. Going from 5% to 10% crit chance is a bigger DPS upgrade than going from 10% to 15%, and so on; 5% to 6% is a ~0.49% DPS increase, 50% to 51% is a 0.4% DPS increase, and 99% to 100% is a ~0.33% DPS increase, ignoring crit procs and whatnot.

SS should be the opposite of for crit scaling wise, getting better the more you stack it, as it's a flat reduction per point as far as I know. 2.5s GCD to 2.4s is a 4% DPS increase and 2.4s to 2.3s is a ~4.17% DPS increase, ignoring auto-attack and whatever else is unaffected and Summoners.

Someone else can figure out if this really affects anything until you get to very high amounts on either stat; my number-fu is not that strong to do it.
