yeh In FULL DL gear which means ppl would have to have item lv 70 but is not the case cuz the requirement is item Lv 57 and Party finder ppl usually put 60,65.

You don't need full DL gear. Maybe 2-3 DL gears and 1-2 CT gears. And the rest AK + WP gear. And maybe also a Garuda or Moogle weapon if you are lucky.
