The layer priority for the blue character arrow icon on minimap has been decreased...

The layer priority for the blue character arrow icon on minimap has been decreased rendering it invisible / being overlapped by all other "active" elements on the minimap like FATE and quest icons making the navigation using the minimap much harder. This seems to be implemented with the new patch 2.1

Steps:
1. Use minimap - watch your character's positon marked with blue oval arrow.
2. Approach any event icon (FATE, quests etc.) so they'll get in the center of the minimap
3. The position marker / blue character arrow will get "under" the event icon being hence covered and rendered invissible & unusable.

This seems to be caused by changing / increasing the priority of the quest icons / symbols but the location marker / blue character arrow should have highest priority and display always on the top.
