Duty Finder broken?

Class/Level: Warrior/32

Party or solo: Solo

Area and coordinates: Mor Dhona (21,7)

I keep queuing up for Brayflox Longstop instance on my Warrior. Every time I get accepted and I press [Commence] the following happens:

"A Problem has occurred with the Duty Finder server. Please try again in a few moments."

I've attempted this for about 20 times in a row now and tried it yesterday as well. I'm honestly not sure what's going on and why I can't use the instance, I'm the appropriate lvl and there is no ilvl involved in it. Is this instance broken? Or what? Because I can go into any other instance on my higher level classes/jobs.
