Well this topic started off positive now it's going down in flames. Anyway, I'll see you guys in two or three weeks, I need to spend some time away from here.

We can at least be happy they're actually fixing this shit instead of ignoring the complaints/dropping the project altogether.
Yes Square is slow, they have been slow sense the PS2 and have only been getting slower. They understand this now and are trying to work on it. The only thing that can be done about it is wait.

So disappointing! Based on the video alone — it looks like hardly anything has changed. I REALLY do hope they plan on revealing more tidbits about 1.18 leading up to it; but i'm just not getting my hopes up anymore.

The combat looks at a much better pace for me now. No more constant spamming waiting on a stamina bar to fill. Love the proper TP-based combat side of things.
I would have liked more information to be perfectly honest, specifically about the jobs... But hohum. The goblin shall return to twiddling it's thumbs in anticipation.

Smells bacon to me! That UI change is a real eyecandy. Can't wait to see the new Battle System in action!
I'll miss the Stamina Bar though...

Believe me, it's better like this, so we have different opinions that people can discuss about =)
Anyway, I like it because sometimes I don't notice the timer on the skill and keep pressing it even though I think it's available, so with that clock thing I'll be eased for that work. Moreover, since the skills goes flashy when it's available, it'll be easier for me to notice which skill has become available. Sometimes I wait for a skill to be available, but I forget about it and keep attacking. The flashy thing will tell me "Ah right, the skill!" and I go use it =)

And the way they light back up as the cooldown counts down?
