200 Tomestones of Philosophy, 50 Tomestones of Mythology for each clear. 1 piece of loot per week, as well.

And well... my friend went in there with an average ilvl of 56 or so his first time without any complaints. You likely won't be allowed to main tank anything with such gear, though. There's plenty of adds to keep you busy anyway, or clicking towers on King Behemoth. And I'm sure people will love you for every cast you silence, too. Can be useful in plenty of ways!

I would say between i55 and i60. You will most defenetly not be the main tank, so all you will need to do is offtank a few mobs. Rest of the run you will be doing damage (i run most of it with sword oath on). Or you will be touching towers.

Out of all the classes that can join CT i think only the healer gets a "real" gearcheck. DPS with low gear go unnoticed because there are 12 dps in total. Healers will be blamed if they have to low gear to keep their party/mt alive.

Not really...but healers do have it rough. Basically every team goes shifty eyes at the other teams in the alliance.

The only time your healers get a gear check is king and that's only if 1 team decides to MT and giant tank. If one team MT and one team giant tanks, your put both your healers on those tanks, is no an issue.

The problem is when both tanks in 1 team does MT and giant. Then you're really doing a hard check on healers.

DPS do need a gear check, but people will sooner blame tanks and healers then dps. adds need to be down asap, by their own teams, not with help by others, etc. And giant killing is absolutely essential for melee people.

Unless you get a cold day in Eorzea, everything evens out though with DF.

An average ilevel of 70 across the alliance is consider a good run. More then that is just a matter of teamwork.
