Perhaps! Though certain skills or spells also had stamina costs, I don't pay attention to it when I'm playing Conjurer, but if Cure's recast was set any higher things might get silly. NOT TO SAY I'M AGAINST IT~. Just saying, it's kind of exciting to main heal a party while weakened.

However some moves like Lancer's speed surge that raises amount of stamina regenerated, what would it do instead? Increase attack speed ala haste, or just remove the regeneration entirely?

it could be an haste buff or they could completely remove the skill they said some skills would be removed and swapped around.
