Yep. That's because other companies like Blizzard are much more efficient with their development time. SE's developers are inefficient because they spend so much time in development, yet do not end up with a quality product that justifies such long development times.

FF XIV was rushed my point and case.

It was probably rushed the last 6 months/1 year of development, but I doubt they were rushed for the previous 4.5+ years of development.
