I dont understand why you wouldn't wait. prices are going to drop another 40%. I guess it helps that your prices are set 1/3 lower than my server D:

The plot was 28 million. A medium house was our goal as soon as we saw the prices. Our small guild has been farming gil since 2.1 in a number of ways (which has been quite tough with the current state of the market), why would we wait for price to drop if we already have the cost covered and there's nothing left to buy afterwards?
