Final Fantasy XIV has stopped working.

I've recently purchased a new computer, and after I installed Final Fantasy XIV, and pressed the "Play" button it keeps coming up with the "Final Fantasy XIV has stopped working." error. I updated my drivers to the most recent one, so I'm not sure if that's the issue. But I do have a feeling that it has something to do with my software.

64Mb dedicated video memory... the game needs at least 512Mb minimum dedicated. You need a hardcore processor to use shared video memory successfully with ffxiv. You could always try bare minimum settings. (Lowest resolution, textures, no shader, etc)... then move up the settings gradually, but if your comp can't play ffxiv at minimum settings, you probably can't play it without some kind of workaround.

If you buy a dedicated video card, you should be able to play just fine.

Which card to get would depend on your PSU (Power Supply Unit), the resolution and level of detail you wish to play at.
