    PS3: Launcher Error [20447][10009][19900][-2140077822]

The issue happens intermittently, since official launch of 2.0, costing me about 20-30 minutes each day until yesterday. It is now constant and I cannot log in to play at all.

The Launcher is unable to connect to the version check server, giving the above error codes. I have tried:

    1) rebooting Playstation 3
    2) rebooting router
    3) connecting via hardline instead of wireless

When I click OK so the launcher can try again, it fails again in such a way that I am disconnected from PSN. When I try to reconnect from PSN within the FFXIV Launcher, it fails and tells me I have a DNS error.

If I then immediately quit the game and to back to desktop, I am immediately reconnected to PSN as if no errors occured. A PS3 Network Test turns up no errors. I am able to browse the store and the internet without issue. The only issue is within the FFXIV launcher. Other consoles in my apartment connect without an issue, including another PS3.

I am debating using the DMZ or somesuch, but there's no reason why I should have to when I've been playing fine without it.
