Need advice for King Moggle Mog

I've done this dungeon with 4 different parties as a Scholar and we have failed 4 times (people would give up, time runs out).

So far phase 1 is cake, we had managed to DPS all but 1 or 2 of the moogles. No problems.

Then comes phase 2. Usually one of the following happens and then the party wipes:
    1. One or both healers get charmed, stand in AOE and die
    2. One of the tanks cannot hold hate on the paladin/warrior, they come to the healers and kill them.
    3. The Warrior does that huge green AOE circle wiping the party

We tried to have only 1 healer get hit with the charm but when the other healer starts to clear the charms, the tank not being healed dies. If the DPS are the ones that get charmed - healers are safe, but then there's no one to stun the blackmage/white mage's holies/flares.

Either way I feel like there seems to be no wins in sight and I'm wondering what exactly can be done about this? Every guide I've seen says something different. One guide says for ST to grab Warrior and Paladin, another says for the MT to grab King and Warrior and have the ST only grab the Paladin. Where should the healers stand to avoid being charmed? Is there a clear and concrete strategy that has worked for anyone?

I have had fairly good success with Moogle Mog the last days with only failing 1 duty finder.

One thing that I find that helps (I usually OT) is to mark all the mobs during the first phase. The Main Tank kites both the King and Warrior around the perimeter.

As the off Tank i'll grab the paladin. I keep him as far away as possible from the rest of the party at all times while kiting him around the room.

Using the strategy if you have the dps most people should be able to down him with little or no problems.

Off tank should be holding the GLD and MRD moogles and main tank hold the boss and kite it, dps kill other moogles as fast as possible by the kill order. that's really all it requires.

The provoke the GLD does can be difficult for some so if you're group can't work around it kill it second or third, i noticed that if the MRD does moogle-go-round the GLD will pull the off tank towards him when he tries to flee. As for when people are provoked near the start all you can really do is heal through it, make sure your healers aren't one of the 3 closest people and MRD AoEs are avoided simply by OT doing his/her job.

Also when good king uses those meteor attacks he generally does around 4 of them so keep that in mind when moving to avoid them.

Thanks guys, I mean we've basically been trying this but the charm's a killer.
I guess maybe staying as far as possible from the paladin as a healer is the best way to do it, but one healer needs to focus on healing the subtank so this becomes rather difficult. :/
