Hoping this is the proper forum in which to leave some positive feedback.

I had an issue earlier today with a player harassing the members of my party in Duty Finder and decided the gravity of his insults deserved a report. I had never done such a thing, but to my surprise I got a response from GM Bublex in just a few hours. The GM was kind, friendly, and efficient. Just wanted to say thank you to the team for providing such a quick and friendly response to what started as an unpleasant experience.

Also - sorry if this is not the proper place to leave this feedback but I didn't see a dedicated thread.
