    Support Center not working and Random lag/disconnecting in game

    So Im having very weird lag and disconnection issues in game so i went to sent in a ticket and I completely filled out the form. But when i tried to continue it said i had not filling out the System information. I did what they form said to do to get the info and i pasted it in the box just as it said and it would give me the same error over and over saying that the box wasn't filled.

    So is there something im just completely missing or is the support center broken?

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
