My FC was reported for having an offensive name. I received an email from SE stating "We have flagged the name to be changed.", and my FC name is currently Default123.

Received an email reply with the following:
"We understand that you wish to change your Free Company name and we apologize for the inconvenience this has cause. In order to proceed, please place an in-game call by selecting Support Desk from the System Menu."
There is no option to place an in game call in the support desk window..
This is getting really frustrating.
They might mean a in-game ticket. Far as i know, you can't make calls through a game O.o
Just file a in-game ticket with your issue and tell tell them you'd like your FC's new name to be such and such that it got flagged for a rename.
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved. If this does continue to be a concern, please create another thread to further discuss resolutions or contact the Support Center at support.na.square-enix.com for assistance.
