    "Influencing Inquisitors" Quest

    Hi. My current problem is in the quest "Influencing Inquisitors" in Whitebrim Front. I am on the Ultros server and been stuck at the quest for the past 3 days. The NPC that allows progression is Joellaut. Please fix this bug as soon as possible. Thank you.
