    Lost Email?

    My girlfriend came over to my house with her laptop and tried to log in. She got the "unrecognized log in" type error and has to reset password in order to play again. However, when we made accounts for this game, she made a new email since her main email already had an account (for beta) registered to it. She cannot remember what the email is that she created for this FFXIV account. She can't log into anything cause of a locked account.

    What do we do now?

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
