    No cutscene voiced audio?

    Currently level 12 and have yet to hear any cutscene voiced audio, all tho I see their lips moving.

    Is this part of the game or a bug? Should I be hearing voiced acting?

    There are some cutscenes with voice acting, but they are the minority.

    This, and they're not very well voiced out (at least in English) to boot. The game always makes NPCs babble their lips when they present dialog, regardless of any audio to accompany it.
