Boss battle effects

Is there any way to turn off special effects from bosses such as garuda's tornado plumes, titan landslide effects. I do not need a enhanced graphical display of these skills, all I need to see is the circle/line of effect.

I tried turning off the settings under character config -> character -> battle effects settng -> show none for all 3. However, im still seeing some effects as listed above which are lagging my comp (fps dropping too low) too much.

Is there any fix that I can do for this?
