Greetings,

I would love an option to change the interior presets like the stairs, pillars and apartment door. I am thinking indoor house skins.
I also would like the option to remove pillars all together. And the choice between an open and a closed staircase.
And talking about skins, I would like some for outdoors as well for the grass in the garden that are season bound. For example with snow or without. With spring flowers. With autumn leaves.

Pretty much this. Also it would be nice that i can plop down the imitation windows on all partitions.... its inconsistent.

I would love to have the option to change the house exterior wall entrance position as some are been position at the corner which is rather at a wierd position.

Once per account but no ability to tenant other soons is really frustrating, please allow us to tenant our alt characters by removing the friend list stipulation.

I think it would be wonderful to get more furniture in the Gothic Architecture style. Especially now that we have Ishgardian housing. I would love to see some more structural pieces such as more types of stained glass windows, vault ceilings, pointed arches, flying buttresses, spires, arched windows/doors, ornate stone pillars, stone statues, so on.

These elements already exist in the game (see screenshots). Imagine how grand and beautiful we can make our houses feel with these elements.

My suggestion is to make the housing account wide so people who have alts use the same house.
1) it will free up housing plots
2) everyone can probably get a house
3) gives everyone who doesn’t have a house and keeps losing the bids a better chance
4) people who’s house is auto demolished should wait two weeks before bidding
5) people who unsubscribe till the next update should also wait two weeks to bid again if their house is demolished

Might be asking too much but throwing it out there-
But a choice between a top floor/attic or the basement for small houses and apartments/ Fc rooms (small houses currently have a basement larger than the main floor)

Or just add an attic… the housing skins already make it look like it’s there on the outside! Could be another 3x3 grid floor and make smalls more attractive to all the buyers who want a medium or large for the extra floor. Of course it goes without saying that we’re due for an item limit increase too: an extra 100 indoor/10 outdoor for all plot sizes would be a nice modest increase to start!
