+Increase the item limit for houses by 25-50%
+Limit housing to 1 house per server (Datacenter) per account.
-Leave apartment limitations and personal FC rooms "as is"
-Re-enable instant relocation to allow people to trade up and thus free up intro
homes.
-Automatically make ALL characters on the account full tenants of the house and able
to purchase rooms
*Allow home owners to purchase rooms on non-FC homes. 2 for Small, 4 for medium,
8 for Large and unlimited for FC housing
+Do away with FC wards
-Allow a player to convert their home to a FC house; doing so would give that person
a "deluxe" room based on the size of the house the room is made in; said room
would compensate for loss of their house for their FC to use.
-FC houses include a Glamour dresser and a means to change worlds.

1: Let us make the pillars optional.
2: Let us choose which pillars we want.
3: Allow pillar options that match each style of popular partitions.
4: Add door ways that match each partition.
5: I don't mind keeping the stairs, ceiling beams and stair rails the same but please allow us to change the textures and colors to match our partitions.

I love the look the ishgard houses have inside (with the stone border on the walls- as well as the Pillars) & want that for my house, which is located in The Goblet

I agree. Having Hingan wall and ceiling supports when using Glade walls is an eyesore. Being able to change those in addition to the walls, either separately or auto-matching the wall, would be a welcome change.

On the topic of Ishgard stuff; I'd love to have full stone/masonry options for windows, stairs, furniture, partitions, benches etc...essentially everything, LOL. Having to make and loft 60+ Oriental Waterfalls to get a stone ceiling in my apt wasn't on my list of favorite things. Add another 25-30 for the walls and ooof, no joy. Thankfully I'm fine with minimalist furniture.

Ishgard's has a whole spa, Uldah's has a big pool, Limsa's has a beach, Kugane's has a beach and multiple hotsprings, Gridania's I think is the only one without. There are separate wards now too.

My suggestions, height options for walls around the houses. Also how about if you are stood at a kitchen and do a culinarian recipe the animation is stood so that way you are actually cooking on your nice kitchen ^^

Probably a repeat but I'm not looking through 297 pages:

A blank slate option

No molding, columns, beams, railings, or window or door cutouts. Basically remove everything that people regularly cover up. Keep the ability to apply textures. More placeable door and window choices.

I'll repeat the request for the option to swap the basement for an additional floor.
