While that is true, that's using 1 glamour prism for each item and on top of that, it's only located at an inn. I guess I should have clearly stated that it would be nice to have the glamour dressers as a housing item to avoid having to go only to inns to access them.
Or just have dressers that don't require 1 glamour prism for each item you want to take in and out of the dresser itself considering players like me, who are roleplayers, would have likely a variety of outfits we would need constant access to all the time. I don't see why SE can't simply just make the armoire able to put in the higher leveled relic gear and mogstation glamour items. It feels highly limited when it could be used for so much more that would make it easier for players who like to glamour things constantly.
I mean, it's either that or simply SE increases the armory space again. It's just a bit much considering some players have gear sets for multiple classes, especially that for crafters if they go for the individual script gear instead of one set of gear that can be used on multiple classes. Think about the players also who level all their classes to 80, having all the different BiS gear and then glamour gear. Most people forget where they leave gear, whether it's in retainers or the glamour dresser. I feel there just needs to be a simpler way that players can access gear and glamour pieces without having the confusion of where to leave it or the hassle of needing prisms in order to store gear that they may need for like, 5 minutes to glamour and then put back in the chest again.

Idk if someone has requested these before but I'd like to see interactive books and notes as furniture, kind of like the ones they put around in dungeons but better. People can write things down on it, they come a lot of pages to write on with hopefully a hefty character limit (limitless if possible, otherwise a thousand words limit) in each page. I'd like to see it come with a few permissions options like if guests are allowed to write on it or not.
Also I really want the furnishing in the Fortemps Manor or at least something similar, especially the couch.
Maybe just dreaming, but -- what if a retainer in the yard had the option to be paid (maybe in ventures?) to tend the garden for you? Especially if you could stack it up -- pay up to, say, three ventures at once to have the garden watered for three days in a row. Maybe even one venture per plot (so to have a mansion's three garden plots watered for three days would cost 9 ventures).
This would allow for a little extra insurance in the case of long maintenance periods or someone being away from the game for a few days due to travel and so on.
I'd be surprised if this hasn't been suggested previously as it seems like it'd be such a simple thing to implement. But it'd be so wonderful to have a plain white wallpaper that can be dyed!
Though I understand that you can simply use the white partitions as that is what i did in my house. However, it would be nice not to use up that much item space because I want a certain room to have a certain color scheme with little wallpapers to use towards that color scheme! I probably used some 10-15 item slots just so I could make one floor appear purple.
Quick little addition: There is a SURPRISING lack of purple wallpapers in FFXIV. So more purple options would be a dream come true as well![]()

I found the mushroom houses in Pla Enni rather cute. Think those could be nice house glamours.

I'd like to see a new district with waterfront housing that doesn't have a beach. Instead, the houses open right out onto docks with boats and the like.
Will never happen, but I can dream.
Shirogane is sort of like that already as it's entrance from Kugane is literally a dock (the assumption is you take a ferry from Kugane to there and back), although it does have some beaches too, it's not quite the same as Mist's cheesy coastal resort/tourist trap look. The Lavender Beds also have a dock area as well (as the whole residential area is built on an island in the middle of a lake).
Oh I'd like this too....
To use as target practice.
I know he's coming for me, so I need to be ready. The hunter will become the hunted.
And this time, I won't make the same mistake I made in Ala Mhigo, I'll cut off his head and burn his body to ashes....![]()
Now that we can remodel the exterior of the house to that of other regions (Shirogane-style house in Lavender Beds for example), it would be nice to have the option to remodel the fixed interior features like pillars, railings etc. to be able to match the exterior style of the house.
