Another thing that would be nice to see: White pillars (like the white walls), that can be dyed. also just more pillars in general.
Half pillars to match the half partitions.

I suggest for the coming expansion, that the building area (the highlighted area on a vacant plot), would have "preset" adjustble options, for the plot owner to select which direction their house is facing.
the same goes for the entrance gate which is adjustable to face a desired direction, consequently outside grounds details e.g. rocks, steps, trees, ditches in front of the gate adjusts to the directional setting chosen by the plot owner.
And on the side if possible have an option to construct a 3rd floor for cottages, since a lot of players are requesting increase the number of slots for items, the dimensions for the small plot would remain the same but with a 3rd floor.
In case an instanced balcony is to be implemented, I suggested the base designs of the following:

There are walls on both sides as well as the ceiling of the balcony, but still have a panoramic outdoors view, also following in-game weather as well as day and night cycle.
Though you will not see neighbor's balconies it still gives that feeling of other homeowner's one floor above & below, and on either sides, consequently the building exterior wall design should look as if there are balconies for each flat.
more trees. the same one as the new treehouse but without the "house" part, some coerthan firtrees, snow covered preferably.
indoor and outdoor swimming pools, rock climbing wall, and lofts that can place anything on them.
The mobiles, paper lanterns, and banners used in Kobai Goten during festivals are beautiful! I'd love to have one or two of those from each event. Would be wonderful if paper lanterns were added to the Doman Enclave merchant's item list. The shop appears filled with them after all along with whirl-a-gigs. Also, rugs similar to those in the Dhoro Iloh merchant areas would be great, and I'm surprised we can't buy the Ananta's daybeds. And please make the plush "stuffed" tabletop items capable of resting atop sofas, chairs and beds - isn't that where we usually put stuffed items? Oh, and the ability to recline on sofas would be nice. Just a few requests off the top of my head![]()

Several events have decorations I would love to have. We already get a lot of the All Saint's Wake & Hatchingtide items (which I don't actually like that much); I'd love to get some of the Heavensturn, Little Ladies' Day, and Rising decorations as well (especially the blue crystals from the Rising, and the lovely delicate flower decorations from the first two.)The mobiles, paper lanterns, and banners used in Kobai Goten during festivals are beautiful! bigger apartment options
I'd like a version of blank partitions with doors.
It's nice having blank partitions for walls that can have any wall pattern but also match the hard set lower wall sections of each housing ward that you can't change. And it's nice having oasis/riviera/glade doors now. But I'd love to combine the two into a new set of items so I can have doors that don't clash with the wallpapers I use for walls.
These have been mentioned before, but i'd like to add my voice to the chorus:
A way to remove pillars and especially the panelling from walls.
A way to remove the standard windows inside a house.
Fairly lights!
Make most things tabletop so they can be placed on lofts and troupe stages.
Being able to turn the house on the plot would be amazing!
