I got around that issue by using combed wool carpets as carpeting and leaving bare spots i wanted tiles. Looks really slick. Super expensive though.— A “rug” of floor tiles: when designing an elaborate master bath in my bondmate’s house, I found myself wishing there were “rugs” of floor tiles for a walk-in shower. In addition to this, I’d like to see more wall options for wall tiling, similar to the brick wall recently added. Or at least make the brick wall dyeable so we can dye it white or black for a make-shift tile look.
As we're really proud to manage to get a Mansion and starting to furniture and design our little place we call home, we've come onto quite a few issues and wanting to get some features added and maybe even removed from the entire housing system.
Even though Square Enix did a blood well job on the entirety of the Housing, there's still major room for improvements and finetuning!
I hope SE will read this and take these ideas and requests into consideration
Allow personal houses to be transferred to free company houses.
More housing outdoor/indoor furnishings that fit a haunted house/castle. Outdoor cauldron, jail cell walls/door, eerie portraits, single candlesticks, dungeon furnishings(ex. torture equipment), witches house skin, medieval castle skin, outdoor gravestones, more eerie plants and trees, those mini ghosts that you see floating around the city-states and housing wards on Halloween.
Part of me wants more haunted house looking stuff. The other part of me never wants to set foot in either version of Haukke Manor again.More housing outdoor/indoor furnishings that fit a haunted house/castle. While decorating a friends house I noticed I really want the following things:
- Wallpaper that matches the default wooden-texture on the blank partitions. I happen to really like that and would love to use it for the whole house!
- More floor options that are some sort of carpet - currently we only have the moogle and the haukke manor as carpet options. I dont want shiny tiles or wood everywhere and I dont want to put up rugs all over the place to cover them!
- Curtains. Preferable with the option to have them either open or closed.
- An indoor fountain that doesnt require a whole floor to be placed - I'd like to have a waterfall kind of thing! Or a little fountain, about the size of one of the roundtables!
- Statues that arent creepy - currently it seems we only get statues of Voidsent. What about animals (no, not stuffed ones, they're creepy too)? Or maybe even humans? Statues of The Twelve! The Godbert Statue from the Gold Saucer! Primals! A mermaid for the bathroom! There are a whole lot of options! (I often struggle to fil spaces in the middle of a room and a statue would be a great addition there)
- Windowsills
- Paint and Brushes to go with the easel - I found some replacements for the moment, but they're not the real thing...
...I know I forgot something. I'll edit it in once I remember. Should I remember.
Rocking Chair! Thats what I wanted!
And while we're at it: Please add a one-piece gardening item constisting of two trees and a hammock in between!

When you sign someone's guestbook it should link your own home's address so that people can visit yours in turn.
Still need that photo frame stand where you can post ur fave screenshots of anything.
I want the Rathalos hunt bill to hang on my wall.
