Housing Ideas and Feature Requests

Might be asking too much but throwing it out there-
But a choice between a top floor/attic or the basement for small houses and apartments/ Fc rooms (small houses currently have a basement larger than the main floor)

Or just add an attic… the housing skins already make it look like it’s there on the outside! Could be another 3x3 grid floor and make smalls more attractive to all the buyers who want a medium or large for the extra floor. Of course it goes without saying that we’re due for an item limit increase too: an extra 100 indoor/10 outdoor for all plot sizes would be a nice modest increase to start!
