A list that I've been working on. These are not so much specific furnitures, but more functions that I would like see added to the housing system.
• Increase item allotment to the following at minimum: apartments 200, small 300, medium 500, large 700
• Option to change indoor fixtures(windows, ceiling decoration, wall pillars/trim) to any of the 4 types(Oasis, Riviera, Glade, Hingan)
• Option to remove indoor fixtures(ceiling decorations, wall pillars/trim) and move/remove individual windows
• Removing the wall pillars/trim should give a completely flat wall to place furniture flat up against
• Partitions and walls in same material/decoration(e.g. marble wall + partition with or without the decorative fixture, log cabin walls to match the partition)
• Door/arch version of all partitions.
• Open and half versions of all partitions
• Steps, loft and beam versions to all partition materials
• Dye-able walls, ceiling and floors
• Partitions to be dyed in different colors on the two sides( e.g. using one partition as a wall between two rooms, have different color in each room)
• Move/remove ceiling lights
• Change-able ceiling for the top floor: Flat, pointed, curved, vaulted. With or without wooden beams
• Different materials for the ceiling: Wood, stone, marble, stained glass(change color/pattern) or mosaic(change color/pattern)
• Different floor layouts (E.g. a medium that is thin but deep(90 degree turn from current), a large where ground and top floor is one giant room)
• Option when placing light sources for low, medium, high brightness
• Change light settings on individual floors
• Allow for free-floating furniture without having to glitch them into place(similar to rotate, new option to adjust height placement)
• Free-camera in build mode
• Allow FC members to buy as many private FC rooms as they want
• Change the ground of outdoor garden: Grass, sand, gravel, snow
• Add wall and floor to preview
• Place more than one item in preview
• Mirror option for furniture
• Modular furniture parts that snap together such as sofa sections you can place to make I, L or U shapes. Or mix and match bottom and tops of cabinets
• Wall, partition and floor items with simple pattern should have the option to change size/length with the bigger size repeating the pattern of the item instead of stretching it(e.g. red carpet, bathroom tiles, outdoor gravel, loft/stairs/beam, combed wool rug, brick interior wall, flooring mat, all non-door/arch partitions)
• Outdoor animal pen, place livestock(E.g. sheep or dodo), gives daily products like fleece, milk, feathers, eggs. Can also remove the animal to get skin and meat
• New mannequin type where you glamour gear onto it with no job restrictions(when glamouring you keep the gear in your inventory and it doesn't take up slots in your marketboard menu)
• Weapon drawn pose and weapon drawn idle pose for mannequins(with visual glow from such weapons)
• House placement save, a function that saves the type and placement of all items in the house, when used will return the house to that setup as long as all required furniture are in the storage or already placed. Should be able to save several setups. Preferably on individual floors
• Address slip, an item that can be given to other players. Functions like estate teleportation to a friend's house. Useful for FC organizing events such as a stage play or contest for everyone at their FC house
• Furniture emote point: When interacting with this furtinure point your PC will enter an idle emote state based on the furniture (e.g. making food at a kitchen table, sit/stand at a fireplace to warm yourself, remove weeds from a garden, read a book from a bookshelf)
