I'm sure it has been proposed before but i would really like to have a summoning bell for the garden. Our garden is by far my favourite place in the game but there isn't much reason to stay there for a long time. With a summoning bell i could do all the retainer related stuff (as a omnicrafter this takes a lot of time for me) at my favourite spot. I would also like a orchestrion player for our garden but I understand that it's technically very difficult.
