The Amenities, apart from the default npc, mb, summoning bell, and mailbox, if possible have an allotted 1 deluxe sized garden plot for the default studio sized apartment, and 2 deluxe sized garden plots once the flat is upgraded to a large area apartment. Also, stables that are always clean.
