It would be nice if we could access the summon bell and FC chest in other player's houses, other than our own. This would be extra convenient for cases where I am helping LS/FC members craft furnishing. I'm pretty sure there's not restriction on those items in the FC workshops.
It would also be a nice option if we could place the FC chest and summon bell outside of the house, as well.

I know you can access the company chest as long as you are resident. Not sure about the bell. The chest makes sense regardless if you are a resident or not as long as you are both the same FC. Not so sure about the bell being a good idea. I leave my home open to the public but I certainly wouldn't want someone making regular use of my bell if they just happened to find my humble abode a comfortable place to craft on a regular basis. It would be nice if we could access the summon bell and FC chest in other player's houses, other than our own. I do understand your point. An alternative solution would be to grant FC Chest and Summon Bell access to either people on your friends list, or temporary access to someone that you invite to a party. That way the home owner would have more control over who has access. I also feel that this type of access should also extend to house merchant NPCs.
