...every time something new is announced for housing, be it personal or FC, I'm here wishing they would stop any and all housing-related development until they come up with a way to make housing actually available. I really doubt the guys they've got working on housing concept art and model design are the same guys they have working on allocating server space and figuring out how to better use it.

Whoever they have making new furniture is not negatively impacting the implementation of additional wards/subdivisions.

All they have to do is put a timer on inactive and non-paying subscribers. If you do not subscribe for say, 2 months, you lose your house and all of your belongings goes into a vendor and the vendor will have it there for you to retrieve if and when you ever come back which is totally unlikely anyway.

With barely over 1000 houses in total per server that still leaves most of the players homeless. That's not even taking into account the fact that we have to compete with FCs for housing plots. No matter how many times they take away a house ( which is only going to bite them in ass PR wise) there will never be enough housing for more than 1-2% of the player base.
