Could there be a communal spot for people with apartments to put gardening plots and/or outdoor furniture? really I only want a house to have a garden, but all I have so far is an apartment. which is cool and all but I can't grow anything ^^;

You can with special planters and pots. You just can't crossbreed.

Not sure if this has been suggested yet as there is a lot to go through, but allow Orchestrion to play different music on different floors.

I have a kitchen/restaurant on the bottom floor of my house and would love the ambient kitchen to play, but it doesn't fit well with the other floors.

Customizable Inn Rooms Client side would have solved a lot of issues. Most players just want a place to 'come back to'. To hit a bed, hit sleep and be logged off and log in the same place (as opposed to being booted out into the main section of Apartments) It'd be really nice if people had that sort of option.

Of course, people would still want Apartments/housing to share with their friends Server-Side, but the option of being able to decorate an inn room however you desire client-side would solve most of these issues without even impacting any server stability.

After messing around with the housing system for a few days I could suggest the following.

• Allow us to add doors and items to wall partitions
• Allow us to add multiple primal items, such as Garuda couch, and Titan lamp. Because we can only add one, you're unable to match them as a pair.
• The ability to add individual chandeliers, not only the same type of chandelier by floor.
• Give us access to the balcony as well as the ability to place items.
• Allow us to stack items.
• Add a craftable furniture that allows us to repair gear
• Add a craftable furniture that allows us to access the market wards
• Fix the cost of teleports inside the home. The prices are super expensive.
• Add practice dummies as furniture.

id perfer them to just have them random and distributed around the house making the house seem more lively number depending on the size of house

To help with the availability of housing they should let you be able to buy a sea vessel of sorts. Make them pay whatever upkeep needed per whatever port they may be in. Let it have less capacity as say a house, but the ability to move to port cities. Crafters can go to whatever city state that they can ply their chosen trade to the best tax available, and adventures can get travel a bit cheaper. Be kinda cool and feel like an adventurer that isn't bound to any district or city.

1. Make certain things table top and let the troupe stage or stages in general act as tables
2. Housing item limit especially large, move from 400 to 600 or do it like this +50 small, +100 medium, +200 large for items
3. increase visible object limit 2-3 times for housing
4. being able to place object anywhere in room whether it is floating, eg adding a Z axis that can be togled for placement so can make spetacular lofts and the likes, being able to rotate items on walls would be nice too. ( it was possible in starwars galaxies old MMO )
5. ability to chose internal wall layout other than skins for current ones would be nice, to be able to create unique features and such and eg. remove house type windows as pleased or move them around as like.
6. more furniture, such as dining and sofa tables would be nice, indoor ponds that can be placed into the floor would be a nice feat too eg. creating an indoor pool.

Please increase the item limit something more realistic, the house is very empty because we can't place more items. Same counts for the outside part. Especially the outside. Can't put a lot and the yard looks so empty. Adding an increase for items in housing would make a LOT of people very happy. I hear this all the time from friends. So please think about this...then do it! It would be GREATLY Appreciated!

Large: +200 item placement
Medium: +100 items
Small: +50 items
Apartment/FC Rooms: +25

I hope aetherial wheel stands can also be set up to charge aetherial wheels in private estates of FC Members.
