Housing Ideas and Feature Requests

While this may be already to late since 3.0 is a month away from launching and changes might be frozen in game I'd like to request 3 simple things:

1. Please increase the item limit on all houses, inside and out. Small details like firewood on a breakfast set can mean one less tree or partition, so more items are needed.

2. Please let us use the crafting workbenches again, at lvl 50 they're pretty much paperweights in the house if nobody can use them because we're all over 50.

3. Please, please, please, please... let us log out in our chambers/house and log back in in the same place... You can instance our rooms/houses while we're loading the game and/or check if someone is already in the house and anchor our login to that same instance, shouldn't be that hard. I can wait an extra 15 seconds if need be if you'll log me back in my bed and not in the front door naked.

Regarding Retainers

For the retainers that we can station out on the front yard, can we have them be able to change/stand in different poses (relevant to their race)? Please have SE look into this!

Something about the second floor door accessory that's good to note as well.. you can't place chairs in front of it. We got really annoyed at having a door that was pretty much just a decoration so we partitioned it off. I wanted to place a table and chair set over there to make it seem less empty and pointless but when you place a chair in front of the area the "door" is located, it makes the chair unusable. You actually cannot sit on it until moved from that area. It's bad enough we can't use the door. It also hinders functionality!

Not sure if it's been asked already, if so, still asking for it:

Can oriental partitions have an option to not have the door open every time people walk in front of it (or even House vendors will keep it open if they are placed close enough in proximity)? Or at the very least an alternate type of oriental partition that doesn't have a functioning sliding door?

I'd like an option to set my minions to wander in my house, like my retainers have a post in the yard. I'd also like to set my retainers to a different posed, maybe based on their personality as well as race/gender.

is it possible to remove all the pillar in the house but the 4 in the corner ? I would like to put furniture any where on/near the wall and not put them into section on/near the wall

I made a Triple Triad table using the new Royal Plotting table and the Alpine chairs so my FC could have a game room in the basement and do tournament nights.
