I would like to have a lower fence or maybe no fence at all so can view the beautiful scenery. Now i'm a Lalafell and the fence is higher than i am

It does't look very nice without any fence set as well so..

Many buildings are not placed beside the walls/hills and obstruct view but at least if i can get a low fence wont be so bad. So a request for team!

I'd love to request a feature to close off the property, a invisible wall so people cannot enter through the gate or jump over the fence. I have trolls for neighbors and I'd love to keep them out. Maybe make this part of the feature where your eternal bond partner (and maybe friends [please!]) have access to your house. I'd love if these permissions were in place, I avoid going outside anymore because my neighbors are always being rude. I mean, day 1, their free company just fired shots from the Magitek mount into my yard.

To fix the lack of plots in some servers and for people who can't afford the expensive price of a "House", I have a suggestion:

- to be able to buy a PERSONNAL ROOM in a INN (why not put a INN in the middle of the housing area? like this the area would become a lot more alive also) those rooms will behave like FC rooms but we would be able to buy one even without any FC.

Setting my eyes on holding a mansion for the first time, I'd like to suggest the following:

-Give us an option for NO FENCE, or give us fences with some open spaces other than the entrance.

-Increase the amount of items we can place inside mansions. JUST DO IT.

-Many house plots, specially medium sized and large sized plots, have AWESOME view, but as soon as you place the actual house building on it, you lose a lot of pretty sight. SOLUTION:

a) Allow players to get to the roofs of houses easily. I suggested this before and SE replied saying the developers had problems creating higher A-shaped stairs, like the one we already have. So I guess the solution would be either to have players able to jump up the top of the houses somehow, or...

FYI i dont know if it is coming to personal houses... it freakin better... but the new FC crafting workshop has been previewed to let you change the position of your house on its plot and change the outside appearance with way more customization.

That's nice, but positioning isn't always the problem, is there any news for having rooftops?
Actually accessing the balcony of mansions would be nice, but mansion roofs are just bulky generally speaking, they could perfectly make a flat part on top of it for players to access via an indoor door or something, and let us get to the top of our houses to enjoy the view, maybe to better view the skies, or the lake, or the beach, you get it?

yeah defiantly open up the balcony for mansions. so pretty much a roof terrace?



a roof terrace would allow a nice view of the neighborhood plus another way to customize.



could even come up with a couple nice spiral staircase designs that you would put on the top floor to unlock the roof.

You could even be able to place some furniture on top of them, or just have them come with pre-designed tables, chairs, and whatnot. In order to access the roof of your house, instead of trying to jump from other houses or mountains (if available close to your location), you could just have a clickable light (in and out of the house) which teleports you to the top. Not fancy, but works. Otherwise, make furniture that lets us climb up, or change the house walls to be climbable somehow to the top, but really! Having this option would create a brand new way to enjoy the amazing panoramas of the housing areas, imagine seeing your neighbors on their rooftop 3 plots away and waving to them, that's just beautiful, it would give a whole new experience for housing. Mid sized and larg sized plots have soooooo much wasted space up there, and there are so manu possibilities to model interesting rooftops.
