Simple:

Some mid sized and big sized houses you simply can't get to the roof of them. I want higher and more stair options so we can get to the roof of any house. The only stair that exists now is only high enough to get you to the top of the Chocobo Stable.

There are many options! Things like spiral staircases, etc etc.

- More housing items in Mansion should be 300 not 200 they are too empty and about 5X the size of a small house that has 100 slots so doesn't make common sense.

- More yard slots not everyone uses large items

- Dye-able wall paper and rugs/Stain-able wood walls and floors

- More partitions to match all ore most wall types and a door partition that is usable and not ugly

- More pictures or wall hangings that are not huge portraits or teeny tiny cityscapes. larger landscapes of heavens ward or still lifes would be nice

- at least 2 dinning room tables the size of the royal plotting table, give us some variety please without making us link 4+ smaller tables to make something different

- make all basic tables, chairs, couches and shelves dye-able

- make the lighting changeable per primary level not entire house

Can we have it show on the sign outside of the house when a plot will become available? Have it only pop up maybe 3-5days prior to the house being reclaimed. Also, make it so that it is the server time the house has left, not real life time (since this would be subject to change due to maintenance or an outage).

So for recap, 3-5days prior to a house being reclaimed, have it show on the sign outside of that plot, the time left (server wise) until it is reclaimed.

Could we please get SOME reason to go INTO our house that is practical? Once we've decorated and gotten everything just the way we want it, there is very little reason to go back. The only useful things really are the garden patch, which is always profitable for the first five seconds of a gardening patch, then is useless, and that's outside! Same for the stable, most of us have FC stables that are MUCH better to put our birds in.

My suggestion, is bring back the "going to sleep in your inn room" thing. I love the fact we can get extra EXP by logging off anywhere in a city, but how about you get a little more for logging out in your bed at the FC house, and even more for logging out in your bed at your very own home? Or give some other small buff for doing that. Basically just give us a practical reason to come back to our homes, that makes millions of gil seem worth it. Thanks!

Hey all, Im still fairly new to this game, however ive seen a few things that i would like to see implimented if possible

1. - we should have the option to craft/have crafted a notice board.it would be for our own use to leave messages for people or let our friends and visitors leave a message or even a gift for us in our room/house
2. - definelty would like to see more room/house item space. 40 item limit is a little low id like to make it feel more home-y.
3. would love more choices in room lighting, wallpaper and flooring... maybe some that are primal inspired... personally would love to see something from shiva dungeon ...

Housing districts would be improved by changing the menu for the aetherytes within the housing districts. The current housing shortage is a larger issue, and I support prioritizing a solution for that, but once you have a house it is easy to end up isolated from any friends who have houses.

When I access a crystal, I would like it to give me a list of all the crystals on the ward, and an option to "select a different ward" at the bottom of that list. I get a new list to select the ward number, and a final list to select the crystal within the specified ward. I could go directly between any two crystals in the district.

This would facilitate visits to friends houses, and make the experience of having a house more enjoyable. Unless you are lucky during the opening of a new ward, or you buy a plot off a player (which is an offense?), you can't be near your friends. I believe this this feature could help bridge that gap. Thank you.

I would like a private chamber available for my small house. Small houses are very boxy and this would alow me to at least separate the sleeping/bathing area from the living room in an already small area without boxing it in with walls or half partitions.
