Not even transfer, just make your house available to all characters on your service account. They talked about doing it in the past; 5.X, said it was possible, but we've not heard a peep about it since.

Can we please get a "blank flooring" item. It would be similar to the blank partitions but allow you to use the interior flooring patterns on a placeable rug item. It would really be a game changer especially if the pattern appeared on the top and bottom so it could be lifted to create detailed ceilings. A "Blank Loft" would be nice as well if it could have interior flooring designs applied.

I think I’ve already suggested this in the past, but the thread is over 300 pages now…

The Country house (tree house) skin has been an amazing addition, with its rooftop decks for all house sizes. I’d like to see more house skins in the future with this feature, as well as the addition of a built-in way of accessing the roof.

My dream would be an Ishgardian Observatorium skin, with a built-in staircase leading to a rooftop observation deck, with maybe a few seating areas that match the Stargazing deck, and a few small telescopes. And maybe a rounded dome in the center of the rooftop deck that looks like a star map (with a blue background, again matching the Stargazing deck)…

Based on a small plot… Ishgardian stone (like the grays and blues in Empyreum). The dome could be blue crystal or glass with constellations drawn on in glowy “ink.” Turrets can be walked on, maybe mount the smaller telescopes that the Stargazing deck has, or maybe those globe lights on the top of the actual Observatorium. Stairs on the back, maybe in such a way that there could be a tiny porch under them? Balcony in front is just over the entryway door. (Blue things are the couches! lol)

I'm not sure if it's been mentioned so I'll post this anyway. I would love it if they created double length versions of some furniture items that we already have. More specifically these:

Wooden Handrails
Wooden Loft
Luminous Wooden Loft
Combed Wool Rug

Functionally this might not add anything new. For instance, you could always use two Wooden Handrails to span the width of a wooden loft but this becomes expensive in terms of furniture slots. Because of this, I've had to find alternatives when I start running out of available slots (Troupe Stage in place of lofts and Wooden Beams instead of Handrails). This is sad because I would have loved to use the items I listed above.

Although I'm still hopeful that they'll increase the furniture limit, these items would be helpful in stretching the slots we currently have. I'm sure others can think of items that could benefit in same way.

Edit: I feel that these would need to be added by the devs as quality of housing improvements. I doubt people would use a furniture contest to submit them and they don't seem flashy enough to win even if someone did enter them.

These are great! They are about 2 lofts long so I use them as railings on my lofted area.

I’d really like a set of stairs with railings to match though!

Whether it be via toggle or a permanent change, I think it would be far more beneficial to enter into a Small house at what is currently the basement floor.

Having gone from an apartment to buying myself a small house, at first I was honestly shocked that the initial space of the "main floor" was smaller than an apartment's. The reasoning behind this eludes me. In my mind it makes more sense to revise the "basement floor" as the main floor with the stairs leading up to an upper floor.

I'm not saying the whole layout of a small house needs to be completely reworked. Simply moving the door down so that it enters into the larger floor. As shown here with the Imitation Closed Door:



(And in the case of FCs with the door leading to personal rooms, that could be on one of the two wall sections in front of the stairs, as shown above. I also thought 'underneath' the stairs would work, too, but the new Minimalist interior makes it so that wall isn't there...)
