Might be asking too much but throwing it out there-
But a choice between a top floor/attic or the basement for small houses and apartments/ Fc rooms (small houses currently have a basement larger than the main floor)

This patch introduced some neat furnishings, including the new Hannish furnishings and long-awaited Alpine partitions. The 'Far Eastern Stained Crystal Roundel' is very pretty with its reflection and I would like to have more roundel windows or similar windows introduced in the future. Maybe one based for certain areas like Crystal Tower and Il Mheg would be nice. Allowing the frame of the window to be dyed would be great as well.

I also would like flower-based portraits to be considered. Bowls of fruit even.

I want access to ships, submarines, and crafting similar to FC without owning FC.
For example,
You can access either one ship or submarine if you own a small.
If you own a medium, you can access two ships or submarines.
You can access three ships or submarines if you own a large.

I get why there do not wish to have this feature that FC has to be broken and exploited.

Also, to access the crafts to items that FC house has.

The problem is that many people make shell FCs just to have that on top of a house and extra storage. And if it’s the only perks of a FC it’s not good, people stay for the friends they make and not the small extras (usually you don’t even see the money flow back to the members anyway).

I would like to see houses get a small windows update. Being able to switch pre-made windows on, off or remove them entirely.

I would love an option to change the interior presets like the stairs, pillars and apartment door. I am thinking indoor house skins.
I also would like the option to remove pillars all together. And the choice between an open and a closed staircase.
And talking about skins, I would like some for outdoors as well for the grass in the garden that are season bound. For example with snow or without. With spring flowers. With autumn leaves.
