I would like the ability to glamour gear onto housing NPCs much like how you can with the weekly collectibles NPCs. For FCs make it permission based by the leader/master for simplicity's sake.

-Add 50% more slots to all homes
-Remove Pillars; allow people to just use them as decor
-Improve the housing interface; the current interface likely makes many users want to burn down their house.

I would love for houses to be account bound in addition to this. I have a character that I can't get rid of or transfer to another DC because they're the one with the house, and I'd love to be able to transfer that house to my main's character so I don't lose it, since it is so hard to get one at the moment on crowded servers. We can already only have one house per account per world, so I can't imagine it would be all that hard to implement this feature. You could make your other characters tenants or they're already automatically tenants in your house, and just set the active owner of the house. That way you can delete (or transfer) the character without having to relinquish your house. This would also give you another level of convenience, like being able to:

• Tend plants on any character you have on that server in your personal house
• Use the FC chest, Armoire, Retainer/Crystal bells, and any other interactable furnishing on any character on that account

Please. I'm begging you. It's driving my friends and I crazy.
