It would be nice if we could access glamour dresser inside of our houses/apartments and if apartments and small houses got a decent boost in placed items and storage. apartments up from 100 to 150 at least. small houses to 250+

all of this yes.More winter themed outdoor items (for ishgard & those who like snow themes)
Snow dusted bushes/ greenery/ hedges
Smaller snow-dusted trees
snow dusted path
Crawling ivy/ Vines to go outside the house
----------------------------------------------------
One thing we need is more pathing that comes in various shapes; due to the nature of the placement with many houses, depending on if your house plot is either center, turned side-ways or left- we need more pathing options to fit these designs
The problem currently is that if you have a house that is the center of the plot, you can just add a straight pathway while with the other house placements, you have to get creative which often leads to folks using more item space to get the desired path which also means less to put in your yard- Many paths are too large or don't fit the ward theme or the path type doesn't yet exist.
Please, I want to see curved walkways/ paths along with more straight pathways (different shaped pathways of the same type)
I want a small, narrow cobble stone walkway for my tiny Ishgard house. I want small/short, snow covered hedges that line the path.
I would like to see smaller trees & foliage, more flower gardens & watering holes/ mini-oasis areas
Thavnair/ Radz-at-han based items
Loporrit house NPC's
More Ishgard house items- Stone and Wood beams, More lattice windows, Aged wooden lofts
Small cauldrons and small cobblestone fireplaces (with optional flames)
Stone and wooden archway partitions
More Tavern themed items- hanging mugs, intricate carved wooden beams
Lalafell sized doorways/ beds & tables

Small, round/oval portraits and picture frames
Instead of fish, we could use foliage and flowers - or skulls/ bones

An upright partition that matches the slanted partition
I love the wood & wall plaster material- but there needs to be an upright partition without the slant for dividing spaces!
After my loss on a large for nth time, I came here to make a suggestion...how about much like islands, once you get a house you can pay gil (or whatever you see fit SE) to upgrade it. Start as a small, stay small if you like. Move up to medium when/if you can afford it, then can move up to large, all on the same plot...just paying for an "upgrade" to the land.
Another cool thing I have thought of before is adding balconies to apartments, and also the same system being applied to the apartment. Where you can have a studio, mid size, or deluxe apartment that gives more space- for those who don't care to decorate outside. This would also satisfy a lot of folks looking for houses because of how apartments are instanced.
You know what? Let's go all in on marble stuff. Marble half partitions? Marble cafe-sized tables! MARBLE END TABLES! Marble fish tanks! If we're going to have one thing that tons of items are made in, let's do everything in marble! Give me marble door partitions. Square marble doorways! Marble counters!! I'm all in on this, but give us MORE.

I'm sure this has been suggested multiple times. Make housing account wide (at least on a regional basis) and a way to share items/gil with alts. This would really free up a lot of houses.

Improve decorating features
Increase all house interior item limits
