Sorry if this has been posted before, but could we please have double width partitions (in all varieties including blank). It would help to keep the item count down when panelling out a room/house.

I would also like to see blank partitions with doors (please, we've been asking for this for a long while), and another option for blank partitions that has a simple archway with no door in a style that compliments the skirting and top of the partition.

And if you could get the skirting on the Glade blank partitions to match the skirting on the glade interiors, that would be wonderful.

More portraits of the various heads of state! I NEED a Hien, Raubby (I refuse to recognize Lyse as the Ala Mhigan head of state), and "Varshahn" portrait for the "Wall of Leaders" I've got in our FC meeting room.

In addition to that, I'd very much like banners to hang for those aforementioned nations and Ishgard, similar to how Ul'dah, Limsa, and Gridania have.

Also please add collision to the Factory Automatic Door when closed, it just feels wrong to be able to walk right through it when shut.

Regarding the item limit, while I do consider it an engaging challenge to find ways to implement new design concepts while preserving existing ones within the current item budget (a game I like to call "Stealing from myself without my noticing"), I'd also NEVER say no an increased cap (which I'd still manage to meet in a heartbeat) that I'd gladly welcome.

After all my approach to, and motto on housing is "If you haven't item capped the estate, then you aren't trying hard enough!"

While I generally agree with everyone calling for more placement slots, I'd be actually super satisfied and happy with more STORAGE slots. There are so many gorgeous aesthetics and experiments to be done with indoor and outdoor decoration, particularly with all those designs which only use one floor, and I'd love to have different options, but unless the decor overlaps in some way, I'd only have enough storage for two "looks" (say, a Hingan/Japanese look and a modern beachfront villa look) and if I want to experiment within them, or have a third look (e.g. old world library), I've got nowhere to put all the extra furniture.

Also, related to the above, an in-game first-party glamour plate system for houses/apartments would be SO nice.

(I'm sure various other people brought these up, of course, but just adding my +1 :P )

Simple request. Give the house owner the ability to allow people to interact with items. Either let it be all items, or maybe choose between food and other stuff. I want visitors to be able to use the Gold Saucer housing items for example. Also, why are the pillars, ceiling and staircase tied to the housing ward? Let us change those.
