- Add a second floor to Small.

I think the small having a main floor and a basement is fine. It's a small. It's suppose to be personable. I like to imagine the top part is the attic used for storage.

Curved and straight, solid/closed Staircases (Specifically, you cannot see between the steps, they are SOLID)

Steps with Mosaics/ designs and patterns between the steps/ stairs

As we're really proud to manage to get a Mansion and starting to furniture and design our little place we call home, we've come onto quite a few issues and wanting to get some features added and maybe even removed from the entire housing system.
Even though Square Enix did a blood well job on the entirety of the Housing, there's still major room for improvements and finetuning!

I hope SE will read this and take these ideas and requests into consideration

Agreed! I normally don't design my places with a toilet in mind, but after doing some updating using more modern appliances like the wash basins and Carbuncle bathtub, I found the lack of a toilet disturbing.
