I know it's been said here, but my number one priority housing feature would be a complete z, x, and y axis tool to place down furnishings. The current system to place furnishings is so, so bad and needs major improvement.

I have created a whole thread with several ideas for this an I would really like to see it implemented.I would like to have the option of a bigger apartment or FC private chamber, which could come at a higher price; considering that type of housing is instanced, it doesn't seem like it should be as difficult a task as adding housing districts and would please those of us that have not been fortunate enough to buy a house.
I'd like to know when the winners of the housing design contests will be implemented. There are some incredible pieces in them!
A very simple, not flashy but I think superbly useful and practical request is this-- and it should be simple to implement too.
Blank Partitions and Blank Flooring. I know we have Blank Oasis Partitions, etc. but those have wainscoting and all other types of stuff to get in the way. Just a literal blank rectangular partition to which you can apply the many obtainable wall"paper" styles. No extra doodads that will only get in the way-- just a flat wall.
For flooring, the exact same. Make it a rug-type interactive blank item to which you can apply any flooring texture seamlessly about the same dimensions as the Combed Wool Rug so that you can get separation in floor materials either within the same room or in other rooms.
Can we get actual TVs now that you guys keep creating those giant ones? Or even computers? along with more items that can be placed on the loft (beds, couches, tables, etc)
Are there any plans to make partitions/doorways that match the walls in Ishgard? I just moved my apartment to Ingleside, and the existing partitions don't blend in very well.
Showcases without the shelves on the sides. Since showcases cannot be placed upon each other like aquariums, it would be great if the middle-shelved portion (or non-shelved) was made into a housing furnishing itself for more natural placement against walls. These should be allowed to be placed next to other showcases as well.
