Housing Ideas and Feature Requests

I admit I did not read all of these pages, there are alot and this idea may be duplicated. Though maybe XIV team has an algorithm to parse each post into their constituent ideas and group them together by similarity!

1) Would like the ability to duel in homes so we can create fight club and gamble on it . (I have a hard time these days getting immersed in /emote dice fights)

2) Mah jong tables in homes so my FC can have “mah jong night”!

I was wandering the Gold Saucer today - as an alt I made to run through the entirety of the MSQ but wanted to see it from a different starting city (hence the alt instead of new game +) - and while I was doing the 'tour' I ran across a life size gold statue of Godbert in his skivvies... I need this for my house, please!

Thinner Loft pieces that are treated as floors, so you can do multi-level without the need to glitch.
Stairs that can be rotated.

Interior grow beds of 2x3 size like the oblong ones in exterior, for use in apartments and FC rooms (and thus people won't be so hungry to get houses).
A larger FC room. It's instanced anyways, so why can't we get a two level like a Cottage, for 500k gil??

Combine these two and a ton of people would be fine with housing. Since they could just get an FC room, for less gil, but have the same interior as a cottage.

Design small houses with an attic/ top floor- give players the option to choose between having a basement or top floor.

A big thing for me the last couple years is wanting walls/floors themed after various dungeons and raids. Like, the stretched hexagonal flooring you see in the Omega Scape hubs, or the crystal lava from the Relict. I'd also like to see a range of "no walls" options for wallpaper, instead turning the surrounding into whatever improbable vista like the sky, or an extended cave.

Plot is relinquished [placard does state for Relocation or Sale during their respective phases] > Invisible 10-hour-timer starts for Relocation (that's 42% of a real day to decide). Once Relocation timer is up no more Relocation and the plot goes up for sale > next 0-4 hours that plot can not be bought (that is minimum of 58% of a real day to login and see there could potentially be a plot up, given the relocation goes unphased) > 4-12 hours the invisible timer starts (like the current one) > invisible timer goes off or after 12 hours > the plot goes up for insta-purchase. The minimum amount of turn around time would be 14 hours from relinquish to purchase with max being 26 hours. Relocation still gets priority but timers favor a buyer. Lastly, the knowledge of a rough buy window with only an 8 hour spam window is priceless. What do you think?

I'd like to see more of the phasmascapes. Such as an underwater seen with bubbles and a shark swimming back and forth (since the aquarium ones are static), waves crashing upon a beach, or snowfall.

I would love more stuff to enjoy whit friends in both fc or personal and some customization aswell:

1. Let us change clothes of npcs
2. More housing items that are minigames to play against other players
3. Let us dye more parts like exterior walls and other things
4. Let us name npcs or use our retainers inside housing
