-Kitchen Counters (to expand the "Southern Kitchen")
-Being able to place items on Wooden Lofts without having to glitch them
-Being able to place windows on partitions without having to glitch them
-Stools for Vendors/Retainers to stand on (again, without having to glitch them onto them)

I'll add my voice to those requests, especially windows placeable on partitions, and loft ans scene working like real floor, meaning you can put standard furnishing on it (bed, chair, table, etc...) and not only tabletop.
Also, id like the white paperwall to be dyable.

And a simple way to set vertical position, because playing with the camera angle is just annoying on playstation

There is only one partition that is half the size of a wall, the white rectangular partition.
It would be nice to have the others partitions in rectangular size as well (blank, verdant, marble, spring, oasis, riviera, glade, hingan...)

I’m making a house design with a closed space under a loft and would love more options of half walls

I would like to request a better house buying system that is more friendly to first time buyers, especially with this influx of new players that might want one in the future. Absolutely not. This would divide the community even MORE than it already is. Adding more wards is literally the only option.

Absolutely yes, it would require dedication to pay rent for owning a house, also it would would be an additional tool to free up houses that never is used,

Oh my god no. That would bankrupt me in no time flat. Maybe YOU can make hundreds of millions of gil easily, but I had to work my butt off just to save enough to buy the place. That kind of upkeep is ludicrous.

It barely would be an issue, if you could buy a house in the first case, especially if medium or large... then it would be no issue to keep such upkeep.
