Yeah. I would definitely like if they were able to classify some furniture as "surfaces" that you can put non-tabletop items onto. Right now the solution is an exploit to float the items, which is tedious and not beginner-friendly. This feels essential for lofts and stages.

It would be nice if next year we could have some glamorous western New Years decorations. Like actual balloons, sequence furnishings or formal dress, fancy place settings like chocolate fountains or champagne. I like the eastern decorations but since we have both cultures playing the game it would be nice to be represented as well so we can decorate as we do in real life if you should wish to.

Yeah it would be nice to have a little more variety in game. They haven't done badly, but as I mentioned in a previous post a couple weeks back or so... it would be very nice if we could have some different garland, stockings and a fireplace that isn't manor or ginormous to hang them on, etc. I like the rustic/western storybook look, but it's an extremely difficult look to achieve in game with all the orientation towards eastern/modern looks. I get why that's their knee jerk reaction of course, but a little more western love in general would not go amiss.

SE wouldn't keep the housing limit as it is now after the winners of the furnishing contests were announced... right? Right? And especially after ps3 and 32 bit is out the window, right?

One can only hope and pray. I have sooooooooo many details I want to put in my house, but I simply can't. I'm praying that Rngesus will favor us in the next Live Letter and along with all the other overhauls and such we'll get a nice doubling of slots (or even just 100 more) across the board or something. That would be better than even new furnishings for me.

...Though ideally we get both.

A box you can put stuff into that anyone can take from. Namely this would be an awesome place for people who have crafting materials they don't want and don't really care to put on the MB, entirely divorced from free company stuff. It would include an audit log of items removed. Maybe an option to limit it to friends as well.

So if-and/or-when you add a Marble Partition with a door, I would like it to be a set of frenchdoors (i.e. two windowed doors that open in the middle). You could use the Marble Arch Partition as the base and just add the doors.

Have a co-owner setting that will give a tenant all of the same privileges as the owner except house destruction and adding new tenants. Players with the co-owner setting entering the house will reset housing demolition. I feel like this will make housing more accessible to couples and friends who want to live together, without needing to be in an FC together (which is a solution to the limited housing supply).

In addition to the above suggestion, I would love a tenant chest that works just like an FC chest, but for tenants, again - for couples and friends who want to live together.
