Can we PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have private rooms / private chambers in personal housing, not just FC houses? I would like to have more rooms to decorate in my house, but there's no availability for larges and also I'm pretty happy with the house I have anyway. There's already a system for FCs where you can buy FC rooms, why not let people get more rooms in personal houses as well? They cost the exact same to get a plot and the construction permit costs the same as well. I'd also be able to have tenants / friends with their own rooms this way, without having to leave our FCs.

I also 2nd the summoning bell for the garden. I think hanging out in the yard would make wards feel more populated, as it is I only run into neighbors if I go inside their houses or if I find them on the marketboards. Having summoning bells in our yards would let us idle there and possibly socialize / run into neighbors more.

I forgot to mention glamour dresser in personal housing please to go with armoire, and if we could have the loft system be a part of the actual system, instead of having to glitch with lofts? Thank you

Can we please have the abacus and open ledger that many Hingan merchants in Shirogane have?

Also, could we get bulk seller style sacks of grain or beans or rice?

I love the new red/yellow scrip store furnishings so more like that or making some of the furnishings in-game merchants have that players can't would be great! Thanks!

The pillars and windows in the interiors have been a huge issue for me when decorating. The stage panels are great but you need such a lot of them, even in an apartment, then I find I'm short on furniture slots. So, this is what I'd like:

A Blank Interior Wall that covers all existing pillars and windows, so you start with a clean slate. It would make the room a little smaller all round, but I'd be happy to pay that price.

- Must cover all pillars completely, even the ones in the corners
- Must cover and block all light from the default windows
- ideally Dyeable
- Smooth(ish)texture (something like white marble or the canvas from the stage panel would make it a little more interesting without it being too similar to the white walls we already have)

The only issue I can think of would be the front door, if it's on the ground floor. This could be solved by incorporating an archway leading to the door or simply leaving a space in the wall so you can put the door partition of your choice there.

Most of us can't cross-breed plants because we can't get into a house and there are too many in the FC who are already using the FCs plots. A simple solution is to please allow an 8-slot garden plot in an FC chamber or apartment. This will open up cross breeding to more people.
