I second the no mat option. Those placemats can be obnoxious, especially the large ones.

I would love a thin partition that's angled at the top to fit under the staircases and can be dyed like the white partition. Right now I've got a bathroom in my stairwell and I ended up using 9 Hingan Scrolls to make a wall without clipping into the stairs above.

I like some of the placemats but some are much too big.

I'd rather they make decorative versions of the food items and let us dye the placements.

I'm sure this has been requested a few times, but:
-A chest for the house that can be shared account-wide. It'd be nice to share equips/glams between characters, since we can't friend ourselves. Keep it at a limited amount so retainers will still be a thing, (and they always, always will be.) but it would be nice to not have to ask someone to hold onto something while I switch characters.

-The ability to share housing with our other characters! Want to help solve housing? Say I have 3 characters on Tonberry with a house in Mist whichever ward. Let the character who bought the house share the main settings with the householder. That way, if I'm set up to play an alt for a time, I won't lose my housing.

-More indoor plants, please! I love flowers and colors!

-Small fountains for indoor and outdoors would be very nice, please.

-Rubber chocobos for the baths. Because. Reasons.

I would like the Pazuzu altar to be toggleable off or on permanently.

Not sure if it's been stated yet, but could we get the ability to angle paintings on the wall to not be level. It'd be a nice touch to have the option to make them just a little off center and uneven.

not sure if anyone said this cause there's now over 200 pages of posters but...

I'd love if they just added a new indoor housing option called "Minion setting" that allows you to set a Minion (either a set one from your collection or whatever you currently have out) to wander around your home whenever you enter and maybe have a "minion Station" where the Minion will occasionally jump onto and stay there if its close enough so it looks like its interacting with the things around it.

also some generic weapon displays and racks, like what we see in some of the GC related areas

After decorating my house there are a few things i'd like to see either changed or put into the game, i suggest the following.

* Lockable interactive walls (the arrow is annoying)
* lockable food items - the abilitity to take off the interactive mode (just to have them as a item, not to be used)
* add drinking glasses / cups to use a table top item
* being able to dye house walls!!!!!!
* add levels into a house to make it bigger
* lock housing plants - turn off the interactive option

By giving the option to turn on/off inetractive features on housing items will help towards the glitch that makes things vanish due to the limit being reached.
I like alot of people use food/wine/plants to make my house seem more lifelike and not to use them, but the interactive glitch makes it annoying when things just vanish.

Agreed, also Beer mug/steins to complete my bar.

Also the ability to pose housing NPCs, such as put them in a sitting position.
