Housing Ideas and Feature Requests

Some suggestions I would love to see.

- Possibility to change Interior or remove Pillars (Toggle or extra Interior slot)
- Make current housing Skins (Base/Roof chimney/Awning) Free to use in all wards. (Also Doors/Windows etc)
- Add new Housing skins outside of the Workshop ( like the current Walls and roofs items) also either make them purchasable or made by crafters.

More magical implements / artifacts would be great!
crystal balls, tarot cards for astrologians, glowy magic circles / effects (place them like a rug or wall hanging) open magic tomes, etc

Also:
- An unfurled map that can be placed on a table (the current map table is just huge)
- A blackboard / schematic board
- more wall hangings / pictures / schematics / sconces / lamps that aren't interactive
- more vases / plants that aren't interactive
- profession-based items. (toolboxes, woodworkers tools, looms / sewing kits / etc)
- victorian-inspired furniture (fringe lamps, tufted velvet couches & settees, iron poster beds, etc)

I always thought it would be so neat, if it could be interactive. It could use a similar zoom thing affect that's been used for many quests. We could use it to zoom in on the sky, and actually go star gazing!

Here's a housing request.

Change the Demolition requirements so they only effect players who are not actively subscribed for the current demolition time frame.

Paying subscribers should not have their housing or housing items destroyed if they are paying for the subscription even if they haven't checked their homes.

I have a whole thread about this. In short, because of IRL stuff (among things that happened: lost job and computer went putz) I was not able to log in but still paid my subscription keeping my account active.

Option to go straight from FC house front door to main hall/workshop/private room would be nice. Cut out a loading screen.

Option to set items/NPCs as usable for everyone who enters my house/apartment/room would be cool too.

Now, we have relocation option for housing. I suggest we should have this option for Apartment too.

I'll be honest, I forget I have an apartment most days. I meant to make it more of an office/study area but my house takes up a lot of my time and gil.

But anyway, yeah, not sure why there isn't a system like that in place already. Apartments would probably be even less of a strain on the servers to relocate. This has my full support simply because I like more options. Wouldn't mind maybe putting my apartment in Shirogane either. Currently it is in Mist.
