would be greatAs someone who really likes to roleplay as a more scientific/savant character, I dearly, truly, deeply wish we had more alchemy/astrology related props. Star maps like in the Athaeneum Astrologicum or potions (getting recolored elixirs gets old fast), mortars and pestles and other things we see in the Alchemy Guild in Ul'dah. It is hard to make a laboratory looks... like a laboratory without this kind of props to decorate.
I also wish there was more Gubal Library decorations, like those green round lantern things we find in the dungeon in the second boss arena...
Could we get a rug like the new partition, that you can put any ..flooring on? PRETTY PLEASE?
In decorating my FC house recently, I rand into 2 things that really bugged me that I just wish was just easier.
Please let ALL items have the tabletop ability. The fact that I could not put so many things onto the troupe stage makes me feel like I wasted so many resources into crafting it. Let alone there were other things that I just wish I could stack on top of another to create the correct 'feel' I was going for that had to be discarded.
Secondly, please allow us to directly put the false windows onto partitions. I had so many ideas that I just tossed out when I realized I had to glitch them. Let alone spending the time to properly glitch them became such a massive hassle that I just did the ones I really wanted and figured something else out. It seems like such a massive oversight that though wall mounted they cannot be used onto partitions.
I would love to see a runner rug or two, so that you can place them in hallways. We haven't had any new interior item like that since ARR.
I know I'm necrothreading this thread but can we get a bigger/better Snow Drift item? I'm trying to decorate my FC's house for the Starlight Celebration with 9 Snow Drifts patch-worked together and it looks weird and very glitchy (and kind of sad...).
Like, how a ground/carpet-like item that covers the whole yard with snow? You could make it as big as a small house's yard and then medium and large houses could patch them together (hopefully, they would not have the dark edges like the Snow Drift and better edges for a more seamless patching).

Please make a mat-less version of the holiday meals so they match in better with our decor and don't stick out off the edge of normal sized tables. Noticed you did the same with the upcoming starlight tabletop meals.
Yeah, we need some more rugs - possibly dyeable -- that aren't monster/character themed or aren't super expensive like the combed wool rug. There seem to already be neat rugs hanging around in the Ala Mhigan and Steppes areas! Make those usable items, please!
I once complaint about the redundant and absurd amount of work (multiple layers of RNG) required to obtain the materials to craft a basic looking, dyeable rug like the combed wool rug, then there was a player who was like, "just chill, they will just buff that down the road like the other mats". It's 4.15 now and it's still (imo) a pain in the arse to gather those wool top for such a simple/plain furniture like the combed wool rug. Like seriously, just why?
Also, with all the hingan/doman trend on-going now, can we get proper sushi bar table please? Or some kind of square/rectangle table with a support from the center then the top piece just hang outwards, so we can build our own sushi bar. Basically something like the Riviera Round Table, but square/rectangle shaped.

I'd honestly like to see more varied wallpapers and floors... We haven't had anything truly new added in awhile, save the Shirogane floor and wall and those were fairly disappointing in terms of quality. Beyond that, so long as they add ALL the winners from the furniture contest I'd be happy. Most of what I've wanted was shown there.
It's a silly little thing, but I always thought these candles from places like the Gorgagne Holding would be a nice housing item![]()
