Since we can swim now it would be great to be able to have a swimingpool in the garden!

Well no word about swimming pools but i know for 100% certainty we will be able to swim in the housing area

There will be a swimming pool for the Goblet. Lavender Beds will be getting stream. Mist and Shirogane will have the oceans to swim in. I believe this is coming with patch 4.1

They're working on being able to add more outdoor furniture, it's just a bit more complicated when you're multiplying that by all the houses in a ward.

I dont know if this has been mentioned before but with the cap of the crafting tables being upped to 60 I would really like to see an collectible appraiser available for the fc house not the script exchanger that way you still have a need to go to a city for some things but the appraiser that way when you run outta inventory space you dont loose your buff have to run around fc house to get it again etc

Sorry if this has been requested but atm I'm just bit too tired of going thru all the posts.

We already have the Troupe Stage but you can't put items like beds, etc on it.
I'd love to get something similar that would allow us to get some elevated areas for our houses/rooms.

Example:

You could even make it so that the stairs and railings are seperate so people could have different kinds of them or not have them at all if they feel like so.
Different heights could be nice too. Like one that's the same height as the Troupe Stage and one that is taller like in the picture.

Maybe s small one too which wouldn't need stairs.

This might have been suggested before (...it has to be, since its so obvious...), but can we please get a few more options to display our retainers in the garden?
Like:
- have them sit when sitting-furniture is placed close to them (but maybe have a toogle for that - for people who'd rather make their servants stand next to them when they enjoy a cup of tea at their gardentable!)
- give them a few poses we can choose from (like the different idle-poses we get for our characters; sitting on the ground or maybe looping some of the dances)

Both would help to give a garden a more "natural" feel and I'd love to "decorate" my retainer sitting on a bench under a cherry-tree... it just looks so dumb and sort of mean to place them next to a bench and have them standing there...
