It could be a workman like you'd find in Cid's workshop ready to do remodels! I love the Interior Designer idea.I wanted to request a new NPC for the house. Through this NPC we would be able to glamour new interior styles to our houses, and, separately, our rooms, if placed in our private rooms. What I refer to as "interior styles" are the currently non-customizable pillars, staircases, ceiling grids, base trim, and top trim. It would be a gil sink that would allow us to pay the NPC directly to preview and change the style of our housing interiors. It would give us a means to further customize our houses, and could start off with the current existing interiors--Glade, Oasis, and Riviera--as options. Basically, it would be like an aesthetician for the house/private room. Maybe it could be Jandelaine's long lost twin, but instead of implementing another crystal bell, it could be the NPC itself in work clothes.
Over time, new housing glamours could be added. This would be the perfect opportunity to add more elegant and regal designs (white paneling with gilded trim and white marble columns), a Doman interior theme, Ishgardian theme, Allagan theme, Haukke Manor theme, Gold Saucer theme, etc. Creating new interior styles would also create the opportunity to add new crafting recipes for pillars, flooring, lighting, partitions, and wallpapers, even living furniture like tables, chairs, and beds that would match the new themes--basically anything and everything.Maybe as an added bonus we could store seasonal furnishings and rare, otherwise breakable furnishings on this NPC.
- Allow us to set a custom text on retainers inside our home: so when people go near to them, chat bubbles will come out, just like some npcs! disable clicking on retainers inside our home, they're decorative only
- Maybe implement a function to make them walk around certain area around furnitures, or all around the house!! this would be cool along with wandering minions
- Make an optional pose to introduce random behaviors and expressions, so it's fun to just watch what your retainer npc is doing. Sitting around? stretching? poking a random player?
This is basically a moving and interactive furniture that we can customize as much as a retainer. It's a very simple aesthetic choice. Sometimes you just want a pretty or cool npc inside your house, it doesn't need to be a shop, it doesn't need to be a storage, it doesn't need to do anything, just look nice and allow for customization!
Please make it happen![]()

We need more trees and bushes!

When can we expect more items in&outside ? I mean the total amount of items you can have. They keep adding more and more but we never get an increase in max items, and lets be fair. The item limit on a large is a joke compared to the small ones.

Could we have a performance stage furnishing? A lot of FC's; mine included, have had to place items together to create a stage and it kills our item placement limit. We could have 3 different sized stages. Small, Medium, and Large sized stages.
This would help those FC's who partake in RP or other things to have a stage to do performances for visitors. It'd be a neat idea I think.

Every region has its own unique fireplace and kitchen set, recently we was given the Shroud version of the kitchen furnishings, weirdly named Manor Oven and Manor Counter... and way back it was the Ishgard fireplace we got in the name of Manor Fireplace.
So where I'm going with this is obvious, can we please have the other region unique kitchen stuff and fireplaces please! And please note, for some reason counter is actually sink, at least in terms of what the Manor Counter claims. The little tables that are unique to each region that match the oven and counter would be nice, too.
Oasis.
Fireplace.
From the right - Counter and then Oven

Also, if it's not too much to ask, can we get an actual counter like those found throughout each region, that isn't L-shaped please?
Where did you get that furnace in the last photo? On top of all that's already been listed, I'd also love to request for:
1. Grid lines
2. XY coordinates for furniture
3. Ability to lock X or Y coordinates of the furniture so it's easier to place multiple furniture in a row/column
4. Ability to toggle the target ring (between the current one and the omni-directional one e.g sephirot) of training dummy with a "face" such as Faust training dummy.
As of now it's pretty inconvenient to place it by a wall/edge and lock out the rear, rendering skills like Trick Attack useless. However, if I place it too far from the wall or facing the wall, it would look silly.
5. Ability to purchase personal chamber for personal housing.
I don't mind paying another 300k for it. Hell, I'm even fine if I can only pick a personal chamber in personal housing or fc housing. It also helps to act as a band aid to artificially increase the item limit while SE is working on the increase, and it would help even more now that house sharing is a thing.
6. Dyeable Lupin plots, or in a couple more different colors.
